The Atlanta Falcons head into their Week 8 game against the Miami Dolphins with a bit of uncertainty at the quarterback position after Michael Penix Jr. suffered an injury. However, according to Penix himself, his availability for Sunday's game is not in question.

On Tuesday, Penix was officially diagnosed with a bone bruise in his lower leg that appeared to hamper him significantly during the final possession in their matchup with the 49ers.

Given the fact that Penix came into the NFL with an extensive history of leg injuries during his collegiate playing days, some Falcons fans initially expressed some concern about whether he should try and rush back from this injury.
