FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A five-story, 150-unit student housing complex near the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville has sold for $59.68 million.

The Cardinal sold for about $397,883 per unit to Pork Chop Properties KP7 LLC, a Delaware entity affiliated with TSB Realty, an investment sales firm linked to Phoenix-based TSB Capital Advisors that has closed over $10 billion in student housing sales since 2014, Talk Business reports.

Built in 2014, the complex features one-, two- and four-bedroom units and amenities including a parking garage, fitness center, pool, rooftop and study lounges, tanning beds and a clubhouse with media room and coffee bar.
