TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - This season hasn’t been very ‘Valdosta State’ like for the Blazer football team, as the guys are 2-4 on the year. After a bye week that head coach Graham Craig said was used to regroup, the Blazers are back in action this week and ready to snap a three game skid.

Saturday’s clash against North Greenville is just the third home game this year for VSU, plus it’s homecoming. Both those factors could give a morale boost to a team that really needs it.

Coach said his team also used this week to get healthy and get some extra reps, and he said the goal right now? Just go 1-0 on Saturday.
