LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- A Las Vegas family is searching for answers after their loved one was killed in a hit-and-run crash in the east valley.

"He was a happy go lucky kind of guy," Kimberley Christian said of her son.

Remembering the joy Javan Christian brought to life, Kimberly Christian spoke with 8 News Now about him.

"My daughter always used to say he could get away with anything," Kimberly Christian said. "Because all he has to do is make you laugh."
