John Lamanteer tied the game in the 70th minute and Mike Coluzzi scored the game-winner four minutes later as top-seeded St. Augustine, No. 4 in the NJ.com Top 20, rallied for a 2-1 win over second-seeded Egg Harbor Township in the Cape-Atlantic League Tournament final in Richland.

The Hermits captured their fourth straight CAL title as they improved to 14-1-1 on the year. Their record includes two wins and a tie over the Eagles (11-2-3).

Lamanteer also assisted on Coluzzi’s game-winning goal.

Ary Sanchez scored for EHT, which was denied its first CAL crown since 2021.
