Sean Moore scored the game-winning goal in overtime, leading second-seeded Colts Neck to a 2-1 victory over 14th-seeded Freehold Township in the semifinal round of the Shore Conference Tournament at Summerfield School in Neptune.
Following a scoreless first half, Bobby Lockard gave Freehold Township a 1-0 lead early in the second half before Gino Castaneda tied the match 1-1 for Colts Neck with 1:04 remaining, forcing overtime.
Giuseppe Romano recorded a season-high 11 saves for Freehold Township.
Colts Neck (14-1) will face the winner of the match between fourth-seeded Middletown South and top-seeded Christian Brothers in the finals on Saturday at 3:00 p.m. Freehold Township (11-6-1) will travel to New Providence on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
