A man who stole bakery products, alcohol, meat, tools and other items in "persistent shop thefts " has been jailed.

Curtis Tucker, 43 and of Worcester Road, Kingswood , was sentenced for seven counts of shop theft, theft from a vehicle and for threatening behaviour with intent to cause fear.

He was jailed for 22 months at Bristol Crown Court on Tuesday, October 21.

Tucker admitted the numerous offences and was given a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO), which will last for five years.

Avon and Somerset Police said the CBO prohibits Tucker from entering Kings Chase Shopping Centre, in Kingswood, and Gallagher Retail Park, in Longwell Green.
