The body of a woman has been recovered from the River Dee in Aberdeen amid search efforts to locate Victoria McGloin.
The 46-year-old was reported missing from the city on Sunday, October 19, after last being seen in the Hardgate area near Ferryhill at around 4pm that day.
She then was seen walking towards Deeside Way before vanishing, sparking a major search operation.
Police Scotland has now confirmed that a body has been found.
While formal identification is yet to take place, Victoria's family has since been made aware.

Officers say that there are no apparent suspicious circumstances and that a report is due to be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
