SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — Five people are in custody after a man died from injuries sustained in a bar fight in Scottsdale earlier this month.

Scottsdale police announced five people were arrested in connection to the death of Thomas John “T.J.” Pizzitola. Those arrested were identified as the following:

Drew Meneses, 24

Julius Husser, 27

Tony Becker, 26

Mark Whitford, 23

Krista Molina, 27

Menses was booked into Maricopa County Jail for second-degree murder. Charges for the other four suspects have not yet been announced.

On Oct. 11, officers responded to a medical call outside of Pattie’s First Avenue Lounge, on 1st Avenue near Scottsdale Road . When police arrived, Pizzitola was lying unconscious on the sidewalk. He was rushed to the hospital but was later pronounced dead.
