MADISON (WKOW) — Police have identified the person they are looking for in connection with a homicide on Dutch Mill Road in Madison.

The suspect is Fred Rushing Jr., according to the Madison Police Department.

Police responded to the Dutch Mill Mobile Home Park the night of Oct. 1 for a report of shots being fired. When they arrived, officers found Donald Lewis, 38, suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound. He died at the scene.
