Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier’s attorney accused federal prosecutors of staging a “photo op” after he was arrested early Thursday in connection with a Mafia-linked gambling case that has rocked the NBA.

Rozier and six others were charged Thursday in connection with an illegal poker ring allegedly tied to the Mafia. According to an ABC News report , the group is accused of turning professional basketball into a criminal gambling enterprise by using insider information to place unlawful bets.
