WILKES-BARRE — Luzerne County Judge Michael T. Vough on Thursday set bail at $100,000 for a 17-year-old boy accused of firing shots into an occupied vehicle in Plymouth earlier this year.
Shauntique Haskins, of Center Avenue, has been jailed without bail since his arrest by Plymouth police on May 8.
Haskins was 16-years-old when he was charged with firing shots at a Toyota as it turned onto Academy Street, according to court records.
Several rounds passed through the rear windshield missing two male occupants of the vehicle, court records say.
Four spent shells were recovered at the scene.
Police in court records say Haskins, “is well known to Plymouth police to be a violent gang member, identified as EBK,” which means, “Everybody Killa.” associated with a sect of Blood gang members.
