An outbreak of measles at the Arizona-Utah border has grown to 123 cases and multiple people have been hospitalized, updated data shows.

As of Oct. 23, an outbreak of the highly contagious respiratory illness concentrated in and around the rural community of Colorado City in northern Arizona, had reached 80 cases, according to the Arizona Department of Health Services. The total number of Arizona measles cases so far in 2025 is 84.
