ANN ARBOR, MI — Police are requesting charges against two protesters arrested Wednesday night at the University of Michigan.
As of noon Thursday, Oct. 23, no charging decision has yet been made yet on the two requests, reported Victoria Burton-Harris, Washtenaw County chief assistant prosecuting attorney.
Authorities arrested three people Oct. 22 after the protesters allegedly blocked the exit from an underground parking garage and refused lawful orders to move, University of Michigan Division of Public Safety and Security Deputy Chief Melissa Overton said.
