MADISON, Wis. -- A woman accused of trying to stab her father to death because she hallucinated him as the devil pleaded not guilty Thursday, online court records show.
Jamie Anderson, 34, of Madison is charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide by use of a dangerous weapon with a domestic abuse assessment.
Judge Ellen Berz found Anderson competent to stand trial earlier this month, and she appeared for a preliminary hearing and arraignment Thursday. During the hearing, Judge Berz found probable cause to move the case forward and Anderson's attorney entered a not-guilty plea on her behalf.
