AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — According to court documents filed in Randall County District Court, a Randall County man was indicted on a charge of "Manslaughter."

According to court documents, Jeffrey Chavez was accused of leaving a firearm accessible to a child that led to the child's death

Court documents state that in September, Chavez reportedly, caused the death of Jeremiah Chavez, "by leaving a firearm accessible to another child."
