A 67-year-old man stabbed his 35-year-old roommate to death in their apartment Wednesday after a fight about their “living situation” in a Bronx housing project, according to cops and sources.

Enoch Rosado allegedly knifed Miguel Batiz multiple times after a fight erupted around 4 a.m. inside their unit within the New York City Housing Authority’s Edenwald Houses on East 229th Street near Laconia Avenue, police and sources said.

The attack left Batiz unconscious and unresponsive, and he was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said. 3

His much-older attacker was taken into custody at the scene and was charged hours later with murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon, police said. 3
