(FOX40.COM) -- U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested a man residing in Yuba City after he allegedly drove drunk and killed three people in a fatal big rig crash in Southern California. • Video Above: What is the deportation process?
According to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Jashanpreet Singh, 21, from India, entered the U.S. in 2022 through the southern border and was released into the country under the Biden Administration. He faces manslaughter and DUI charges after three people died and several others were injured in a chain-reaction crash in San Bernardino County.
