CINCINNATI —
Michael Bowlin, accused of a shocking unprovoked attack on a construction worker in Mount Adams last November, has been indicted in Kentucky on a federal cyberstalking charge involving a different victim.
The attack in Cincinnati involved a construction worker who was stabbed more than a dozen times while on the job. Security cameras captured the suspect, later identified as 31-year-old Bowlin from Madison County, Kentucky, fleeing the scene. Advertisement
Cincinnati police quickly released photos of Bowlin, and a week later, investigators traced him to a rooftop in Logan County, Ohio. Officers arrested him after he sprawled out on the roof.
Investigators described the attack as random but have not disclosed a motive. The attempted murder case is still progressing through
