LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A Lincoln man was sentenced to decades behind bars after sexually assaulting a teenage girl on camera in 2024 .
After taking a plea deal on Sept. 24 in which he pled no contest to the first-degree sexual assault of a child, Rock Amen, 62, was charged with first-degree sexual assault.
An additional charge of intentional child abuse resulting in no injury was dropped as part of the deal.
Amen will serve 45 to 47 years with 345 days credit for time served.
According to an arrest affidavit, authorities were alerted about a video that had been produced showing the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl on Nov. 11, 2024. Police reviewed the video and confirmed the identities of the teen and Amen, the affidavit shows.
