ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. —
One person has been arrested and charged after police responded to a reported kidnapping in southwest Albuquerque.
According to court documents, Albuquerque police responded to the 700 block of Old Coors Drive for a reported kidnapping.
Documents say a female called 911 and told dispatchers she was kidnapped and was told by the alleged kidnappers she would be killed if she didn't pay money — 911 personnel determined the location by using technology to find where the phone signal came from.
Court documents say officers made contact with numerous people at the address where the call came from. When officers spoke to the person who called 9111, she told officers that she was taken into the house and was not free to leave. She told officers that she was told to pay thou
