Delhi Police Special Cell arrested two suspected terrorists undergoing training for suicide attacks, exposing an ISIS-inspired module operating in India.
The operation, led by Additional Commissioner Pramod Kushwaha and ACP Lalit Mohan Negi, resulted in the arrest of Adnan from Delhi and another suspect from Madhya Pradesh.
