In August and September, developers in the midstate proposed plans for Wawas, housing, a Chipotle, a data center, a hotel, and several poultry operations.
The list below includes numerous projects in Perry, Adams, Cumberland and Dauphin counties.
Note that not all proposed plans will come to fruition, and some projects may take years before construction begins.
