CLARKSBURG — A Martinsburg man who was wanted for violating terms of federal supervised release is back in custody.
Chad Aric Berry, 37, was arrested Thursday around 12:30 p.m. after a vehicle pursuit that ended in Clarksburg. Berry was wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service for violating the terms of his federal supervised release. U.S. Marshals Service Mountain State Fugitive Task Force arrested Berry with help from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office.
