The third ODI of the ongoing three-match series between India and Australia will be played at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Saturday (October 25). Virat Kohli, who failed to open his account in the first two matches played at Optus Stadium in Perth and Adelaide Oval, would like to come up with a big show with the bat on Saturday and help the Men in Blue get the better of Australia.
Kohli, who is arguably the greatest ODI batter of all time, has played a total of seven ODI matches so far at Sydney Cricket Ground and scored 146 runs. His ODI batting average in Sydney is 24.33, and he has only managed to score one half-century at his iconic venue.
The good thing is that in his ODI innings at SCG on November 29, 2020, Kohli scored 89 runs from 87 balls against Australia.
