NORTH CHARLESTON — A Spruill Avenue restaurant that opened last summer will close at the end of the month.
Barnyard Chicken , led by chef Eric Hara, will serve its last customers on Nov. 1. The restaurant announced the news on social media .
"With heavy hearts, we've made the difficult decision to close Barnyard Chicken," the restaurant posted on Instagram and Facebook. "We've truly loved being part of this community — serving you, sharing laughs and creating memories together."
For the last year-plus, Barnyard Chicken has specialized in a signature brick chicken, Korean nuggets and hand-cut fries in a small location at 4262 Spruill Ave., steps away from The CODfather and Holy City Brewing.
