HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) - A man and woman were arrested for a shots fired incident and driving a stolen vehicle.

Police identified the suspects as Mickey Quinones, 25, and Jaysling Rivera, 24, both of Hartford.

They said that on Wednesday around 2:20 p.m., they responded to a Shotspotter report in which the system alerted them to the firing of 12 rounds in the area of 175 Nelson St.

“Upon arrival, officers located 16 shell casings in the roadway,” Hartford police said in their report. “No victims or property damage were found at the scene.”

However, they said patrol officers were able to get a description of the suspects’ vehicle and broadcasted it other officers.
