HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. —
A juvenile suspect in a deadly shooting in Hendersonville, North Carolina last Friday has been arrested in the Upstate area of South Carolina, according to police.
At around 8 p.m. Friday, the Hendersonville Police Department got several 911 calls reporting a shooting on Woodcock Drive. There, officers found a man with a gunshot wound to the head.
The victim, 29-year-old Justin Alan Davis from Hendersonville, was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Tuesday , police announced that a juvenile had been named a suspect in the case.
On Friday, police announced that the suspect was arrested early Friday morning in the Upstate area. They did not specify a location.
The juvenile is charged with voluntary manslaughter and juvenile in possession of a firearm.
