The Oklahoma Multi-county Grand Jury has indicted a woman accused of voting twice in the November 2024 general election, according to Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond.

In a release from Drummond's office, an arrest warrant for 31-year-old Victoria Dill was issued on Oct. 9, 2025, after investigators say she voted twice in the November 2024 general election.

Drummond says Dill voted once in Oklahoma County and afterward submitted an absentee ballot in Payne County.

"The integrity of our elections is fundamental to ensuring every vote counts," Drummond said. "Every illegal vote cancels out a legitimate voter's voice and undermines public confidence in our elections."

The 2024 general election included votes for the president, vice-president and state leaders.
