New details surrounding a who teen shot and killed in Spencer on Wednesday are coming out.
The boxing coach of the victim said the victim was a 17-year-old student at Star Spencer High School.
"When this happened, it just, man, it just punched me," said Lavelle Sims, boxing coach.
Sims said this is not the first time he's lost someone to gun violence.
"I lost a young man in 2018, I lost three in 2021, as young as 13, 14 years," he said.
Now he says 17-year-old Sebastian Guyton is gone too.
"I don't believe any kid deserves to go like that," said Sims, "He didn't even get a chance to live his life."
The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office said the shooting happened when a teen pulled a gun out and shot another teen.
Sims said he knew both of the teens and the victim had been coming to
