First responders jumped into action Friday morning, battling a house fire on Erie's east side.
Calls for that fire went out Friday morning just after 10 a.m.
According to first responders on the scene, a person was reportedly trapped inside as flames spread.
That person was taken to the hospital, but first responders did not disclose the severity of the injuries.
The fire was put out just a few minutes after crews arrived on scene.
The cause of that fire is under investigation, and fire marshals are on scene.
