NEW MADRID, Mo. (WSIL) -- The New Madrid Police Department is investigating a series of thefts in the area.

The New Madrid County Sheriff's Office and the Mississippi County Sheriff's Office are assisting in the investigation. The New Madrid County Sheriff's Office said at least one vehicle stolen from New Madrid was found in Mississippi County.

Authorities posted a photo on social media, asking for the public's help in connection to the investigation.
