Tracking the Tropics: Tropical Storm Melissa to become hurricane as it moves through Caribbean

The National Hurricane Center and the 10 Tampa Bay Weather Team are continuing to track Tropical Storm Melissa as it slowly drifts east-southeast in the central Caribbean.
