A newborn Asian elephant has been named 'Lady Bird' after a former First Lady .
The 250lb female Asian elephant calf was born at Fort Worth Zoo in Texas in August.
Her mom, Bluebonnet, 26, who was the first elephant calf to be born at the zoo in 1998.
The calf's father is a 32-year-old elephant named Romeo - making this baby elephant a full sibling to almost four-year-old brother, Brazos.
The calf stood within six minutes of birth, was nursing within two hours, and was maneuvering her trunk well almost immediately, all indications of a healthy baby elephant .
