WARREN The Warren Police Department is investigating after a "kill list" was found on a Summit Academy School student's cellphone.
According to police reports, the student allegedly wrote the "kill list" in the "Notes" app of his cellphone.
A second police report filed by the student's mother in connection with the "kill list" indicates that the student is in the twelfth grade.
The principal of Summit Academy School told police that a similar incident occurred in October of 2022.
The student is reported to have been sent home and was not present at the school when the police report was made.
The identity of the student suspected has not been released, and it is unknown if the student will face disciplinary action.
