One of the NFL’s worst teams will be going up against one of the league’s best when the Titans (1-6) travel to Indianapolis (6-1) this Sunday.

A Titans victory over the Colts would qualify as a monumental upset, according to the oddsmakers in Las Vegas.

Indianapolis was favored by more than two touchdowns (-14.5) as of Friday afternoon, per the SportsBetting.ag website .

Assuming it stays as such, that would tie the most significant spread of the 2025 NFL season to date, a mark that had been held by a Week 4 game, when Buffalo was favored by 14.5 points over New Orleans. The Bills won that contest 31-19, but did not cover the spread.
