Gogglebox favourite Sophie Sandiford has revealed she is engaged to her boyfriend.

The reality TV personality, who has appeared on the Channel 4 programme alongside sibling Pete Sandiford since 2017, announced the happy news on Instagram on Friday.

She has been dating boyfriend Ben Mckeown since 2022 and revealed he had popped the question.

Posting a photograph amid engagement balloons, the pair wrote: "WE'RE ENGAGED" accompanied by a heart and ring emoji.

Sophie also shared a photograph of her beautiful sapphire engagement ring, which features a silver band encircled by diamonds.
