SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV)—Syracuse University held its annual rose-laying ceremony Friday, remembering the 35 Syracuse students killed in the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 in 1988. The attack claimed 270 lives when the plane crashed over Lockerbie, Scotland.
