MEMPHIS, Tenn. - More information came to light Thursday, a day after a woman was found shot to death and a man dismembered inside of a Memphis home.

It all started around 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday when someone flagged down Tennessee Highway Patrol state troopers patrolling the area of Helsley Street in northeast Memphis. Those state troopers called in Memphis Police officers to respond to a shooting at a home on the street. Inside the house, officers discovered Betty Pratt dead from a gunshot wound to the head.

Authorities later arrested her son, Arsenio Davis, for her murder.
