CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - It’s October 24th, 2025, and the playoffs have officially begun in Iowa high school football.

It’s win-or-go-home for 8-player, Class A, 1A and 2A teams.

For 3A, 4A and 5A teams, it’s the final week of the regular season. Eastern Iowa teams have one last shot to secure a playoff spot with a top-two finish in their district or a strong RPI.

Every team is chasing a spot at the UNI-Dome, and every game is likely to be a battle.
