The State is seeking to block an alleged child sex abuse victim from making a personal injuries claim in a case in which she alleges her attackers were not brought to justice due to the unlawful interference of two senior gardaí.
The woman taking the High Court action claims she was groomed and sexually abused by two men in Co Cork more than a decade ago when she was just 13.
