Everyone in the UK faces the annual ritual of changing the clocks in the early hours of tomorrow morning as we say goodbye to British Summer Time. From Sunday, we will be back on Greenwich Mean Time.

There is an exact time when this takes effect overnight though you can do it the night before or the morning after that if it suits your schedule.

The old saying 'spring forward, fall back' tells us that the clocks go forward in the spring and back in the fall or autumn. In the UK, the autumn clock change is done on the last Sunday in October.
