PRINCETON, W.Va. — Much of Princeton’s success throughout the course of the 2025 season has been predicated on big-play ability.
While the Tigers spread the wealth, nobody tends to break off game-changing plays as often as senior Bradley Mossor.
So when Mossor’s 84-yard touchdown run was negated by a holding penalty late in the third quarter of Friday night’s matchup against Independence, there was hardly concern from the Princeton offense.
Mossor showed exactly why on the very next play, breaking off a 92-yard touchdown run to give his team a three-possession lead, and the Class AAA No. 1 Tigers went on to a 42-30 victory over the AA No. 1 Patriots at Hunnicutt Stadium.
“This group is gritty, confident and they play really hard and play together,” first-year PHS head coach Nathan Tann
