The colder months might be a bit cosier, but they certainly bring some challenges for households.

One issue that does crop up at this time of year is condensation and that can quickly lead to a build up of a mould.

Preventing or reducing condensation in the first place is key to preventing mould, but when it's our day-to-day living adding moisture to the air - from cooking, showering and even breathing - it's easier said than done.

And it's even harder to keep the damp at bay if you're drying clothes indoors and avoiding the tumble dryer because of the cost, especially if you don't have those tiny vents in your windows too.
