Business schools are shifting, but the scale of the climate crisis means change must be faster and deeper than many realise. Graduates who can blend commercial judgement with climate literacy will be the ones who keep companies resilient and relevant.

SEBI’s Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR) now requires the top 1,000 listed companies to disclose detailed ESG metrics, pushing firms to hire talent that can interpret and act on sustainability data.
