Indian forces will begin the military exercise ‘Trishul’ along the Pakistan border in Rajasthan from 30 October. Meanwhile, Pakistan has announced the closure of several air traffic routes in its central and southern airspace.
This restriction will remain in place from 28 to 29 October 2025. According to the issued NOTAM (Notice to Airmen), many air routes will be unavailable during these two days.
However, Pakistan has not provided any official reason for this move, but defence experts believe it may be linked to a military exercise or weapons testing.
India recently announced the joint military exercise named Trishul, involving all three forces, from 30 October to 10 November. This exercise will take place near Sir Creek, close to the Pakistan border.
