Frankenstein Guacamole Cups

What you need:

Prepared guacamole

Blue corn tortilla chips

Plastic cups

Black permanent marker

Using the permanent marker, draw a Frankenstein face on a plastic see-through cup. Fill with guacamole. Top with blue corn chips and serve with vegetables on the side.

Carrot Pumpkin

Ingredients:

2 lb bag of carrots, sliced into coins

1 can black olives

1 3-inch stalk celery

Fill a large circular plate with the carrots. Place the black olives on top to form the eyes, nose and mouth of a pumpkin. Place the celery stalk at the top to be the stem.
