KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - The Kansas City Police Department spent Friday night into Saturday morning issuing dozens of citations for property crimes and more.
In a Facebook post , KCPD said it worked with its helicopter unit, the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office to arrest twelve people and issue 60 citations. The suspects’ alleged crimes included stolen vehicles, robbery, running from police and driving under the influence.
Officers also towed eight vehicles in connection with the arrests.
Although the suspects’ identities were not publicly released, charging documents will be available in the coming days.
