NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - On Friday night, the Metro Nashville Police Department seized a 2001 BMW 325i sedan from its owner, 27-year-old Kashmere Black-Draine, after she was convicted of drag racing.
Police seized the car based on “reasonable belief” that it was used for drag racing.
Black-Draine was arrested in February 2025 after officers on West Trinity Lane saw two vehicles driving at a high rate of speed, side by side, going about 80 miles per hour, police said.
