NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - TriStar Centennial Medical Center announced they received approval from the Tennessee Health Facilities Commission to make a 15-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit at the 741-bed hospital in downtown Nashville.

TriStar Centennial Medical Center said the approval was granted on Oct. 22 following a Certificate of Need hearing.
